How Long Will My Order Take?
For jewellery orders involving selected stones, production may take up to 13 working days. However, we always do our best to speed up the process where possible.
How Does Delivery Work?
A delivery fee applies to each order and will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Please note: Express or overnight delivery may not be available in some remote or outlying areas.
What If My Ring Doesn’t Fit, or the Stones Are Not as Requested?
After you contact us, we’ll assist you in returning the item to our studio.
If the mistake is on our side, we will correct it free of charge and cover all courier costs.
Can I Return an Item if I Don’t Like It?
If the item is not as described, we will help you return it and issue a full refund to your account within 5 working days.
If the item is as described but you simply don’t like it, we’ll offer you store credit so you can choose something else. A 10% exchange fee will apply, and you will be responsible for courier costs.
Throughout the process, we’ll gladly assist you in finding the perfect piece that suits your style.
What If My Parcel Gets Lost?
Our friendly front-desk team does everything in their power to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel.

Do I Receive a Valuation Certificate?
All our jewellery is stamped, indicating the authenticity of the metal used. A valuation certificate is included with all purchases over R5,000.
If you would like an additional certificate, it can be provided at an extra cost of R120.
